Accessibility

We want everyone to feel welcome and safe at Trinity. If you have a disability (visible or invisible) or care for someone who does, please have a read to find out how we can help you access our services.

Mobility Difficulties

We have step free access from the front of our building through all the rooms on the ground floor, including the main chapel. There is a disabled user friendly bathroom on the ground floor. None of our chairs are fixed, so we can make space for a wheelchair user where ever you feel comfortable - if you would like us to do this in advance, or you require any assistance moving around the building, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Sight Impairment

Guide dogs are welcome throughout our building. We can provide large print news sheets and song words.  If you need help to attend or access our services, please do get in touch.

Hearing Impairment

We have a loop system at Trinity in the main chapel, for those with hearing aids - please turn your hearing aid to "T". The best places to use the loop is in the middle or right hand seats downstairs!

Children with Disabilites

If you are a parent or carer of a child with disabilities, we would love for your child to be able to access our children's work. Please get in touch so we can discuss your child's needs, or feel free to visit on a Sunday. Our children from school years 3 to 13 usually meet in one of the upstairs rooms, for which it is not possible to install a lift.  If you have a child in this age group who will struggle to get upstairs, please contact us in advance of coming to give us a chance to rethink where our groups meet to accommodate them.

If you have a disability or need assistance not mentioned here, please get in touch to discuss your needs, or the needs of someone you care for- we would love to do all that we can to make our space accessible for you.
